We object to change of use to residential land due to insufficient infrastructure lack of suitable roads to the site ,the cul de sac at penlan too narrow for any large vehicles, the main road on top of a hill very dangerous access , very heavy traffic resulting in more pollution and heath problems to both young and elderly , doctors surgery long wait for appointments , few places at the local schools , the serious effect of local wildlife such as the protected Red Kite habitat
