Representation Summary:
I object to the inclusion of this site in the LDP because of the following.
As mentioned in a previous inspector,s report, visually this field forms part of a division between Burry Port and Pembrey. The land is steeply sloped and any development would be clearly seen from the road and further afield. This would affect the character of Pembrey and merge the two settlements together.
We have few facilities in Pembrey and have to go by car to Burry Port or further, there fore development on this site is not sustainable.
