I support the council proposal that this large slice of rural countryside surrounded by three communities should be protected from development, is is a reinstated opencast coal site with subterranean water flows discovered when CCC commissioned a survey when the whole site was offered to the council for £25 and subsequently due to CCC dithering sold to private purchasers,
so at least the current decision will retain this open countryside for all the families in the three surrounding communities to go on enjoying
