This site 6.973 Ha is a very large area to develop, without the other residential proposals in this area. Overdevelopment of this scale would be detrimental to the countryside and wildlife here. As before, overcrowding on the local schools would be an issue. Aswell as the amount of traffic using LLangennech's already busy main road, to access the M4. Residential parking on one side of this main road, and grid locked on certain times of the day. 7,000 vehicles a day use this road without the possible influx of traffic from these developments. Immediate safety issues would occur.
