This site along with the next field SR/086/028 are both being proposed for residential housing, together 2.458 Ha, along the Pennllwyngwyn road. Together with SR/086/38 and SR/086/39 which are on the opposite side of the same Penllwyngwyn road, 8.410Ha, all in all 10.868 Ha. A very large area to consider for housing. talk about overdevelopment. The impact on this countryside, the appearance and effect on nature, on this scale, would be devastating. The local schools are already struggling with the number of children. To access the M4, using Llangennech's already very busy main road, 7,000 vehicles passing through every day.
