Representation Summary:
Loss of green space dividing Pembrey from Burry Port. Additional land for building not required in village. A484 already floods there with stable agricultural land. Loss of hedgerows. Disturbance to wildlife. Potential for housing on site will put pressure on local services. GP overloaded/school spaces. No shops or employment in area; increased traffic on A484 leading to Sandy Road traffic lights. Possibility of this site being joined to site SR/016/006 and road being built from A484 up to Mumbles Head Park to service potential housing will create rat run for people to and from Mountain Road through Mumbles Head Park.
