Infrastructure is completely inadequate to support further residential development.
Healthcare system is overloaded - local surgery has stopped taking new patients.
Lack of primary school places - English medium schools have stopped intake presently.
Inadequate sewerage system - difficulties already with partly completed Persimmon site at Penderri road - fears were raised to you at the consultation stage.
Concerns over drainage/flooding risks especially on sloped land.
Road network will be unable to cope with increased traffic - congestion at times presently.
Concerns over wildlife being decimated in time.
Concerns over the estuary being further polluted by sewerage overspill.
