I OBJECT to this application for the following reasons.
1. Access to the site would be off Church Road, which at peak times is already a major issue at the Llandeilo Road junction. This will be even worse when Gorslas primary school changes it's location. The amount of extra traffic would unacceptable for local residents.
2. The close proximity to Llyn Llech Owain which is designated SSSI.
3. The amount of Residential property's in the Gorslas area has increased considerably over the past few years which has put a huge strain on local services such as Schools and health provision
