The site is at the top of a very steep hill, so car traffic increases.
Accident records show that there have been several accidents at the entrance of PyF.Cars slowing to turn right onto PyF have been overtaken by cars passing from behind and not realising the car in front is turning onto PyF. Further development will intensify the use of this access and thus increasing the risk of a dangerous accident. Two acces points iso close would be unsafe. It will affect surface water runoff & cause drainage issue
