Proposals that could connect distinct villages is unacceptable, as you are coalescing urban development and losing individual village identity. Extensions to villages should therefore be located away from other nearby village boundaries.

If this site was to be developed it would create ribbon development along the B4297 which is at odds with existing landscape character and settlement patterns and may form barriers for ecology.

Bryn has been subject to a high volume of residential development with over 300 homes being built in the last 4 years, with the pressure that this has brought to bear on local infrastructure and services.
