Representation Summary:
My objection to a change of use from agricultural to Residential is is based on the fact that WernDdu Road is already a very busy road with fast moving traffic with the Recycling Centre at the top. New housing will add many more cars.
Wern Ddu/High Street junction is already a difficult to egress from and road parking is an issue.
Drainage a problem with frequent flooding
Mine workings could be an issue.
There will be an impact on local services such as schools and GP services.
Impact on wildlife could be severe.
