This Site is along a single track no through road with a 90o blind bend between it and the village road. Any development, particularly multiple, would mean more traffic down this lane. There are few amenities in the. Illage, no shop, school, only three buses a week, thus the use of a car is essential to anyone moving in. Houses here do not sell quickly, one in the lane having for sale for a number of years, so we believe the need for new development in this village is neither necessary nor sustainable by the services available.
