Road and infrastructure will not be able to cope. Llangennech village is already congested at most times of the day. Insufficient drainage and sewerage outlets in place. The development of this green belt land will result in the merger of Bryn and Llangennech villages resulting in the loss of community spirit and identity. It is also a Red Kite nesting and feeding ground
