Representation Summary:
I object to the change of use as it will significantly increase the amount of traffic using the Mountain Road from Trimsaran to Pembrey. If approval for this proposal along with the SR/016/06 proposal this will provide a rat run for traffic through Mumbles Head Park, which will result in quite a dangerous scenario change to our estate due to speeding traffic using it as a diversionary road.
Furthermore the land proposed for change of use is over an existing drift mine dating from the early 1800's.
