This is a very or was green area which needs to be kept there already are 2 new developments which are still ongoing and are huge across the road which do already having a massive impact on trafficand sewerage systems there is no need for another big site in such a tiny area of 1/2 a mile it is not just about money making it's about green areas and keeping a balance well this would put the balance right out
