I OBJECT to this site being in the LDP because (1) any development of this size would have an unacceptably adverse impact on the limited amenities and infrastructure (medical facilities etc) available in the locality, (2) any proposed development would be out of context with the existing semi-rural character of the area (3) the increase in traffic volumes would cause unacceptable road safety and air pollution issues at the bottom of Church Road, on Gorslas Square and near the new primary school.
