I am in the process of purchasing a property at Maes Yr Bryn & am very concerned the property will decrease in value. If these plans go ahead I will also lose breathtaking views (one of the reasons I am purchasing the property). Other concerns of mine include disastrous consequences to wildlife, extra traffic going through the village, inadequate drainage, sewerage issues, insufficient infrastructure, access to residential areas, lack of healthcare (GP surgery being full to capacity) and insufficient/inadequate school places for my children. These proposals are very worrying & in my opinion would destroy the village of Bryn.
