Representation Summary:
At present this land acts as a divide between the villages of Bryn and Llangennech. If it is developed the 2 villages will become one.
The road between Llangennech and Bryn is already unable to cope with the volume of traffic. The village of Llandennech is gridlocked at peak times and accessing the M4 is a nightmare. People commuting to work via the M4 already have to allow extra time for their journey which has an impact on family life.
In addition, there are currently insufficient places at the local medical practice and schools.
