Please note my objections to the inclusion of the land listed above to future development plan.
Points of access
1. Black Lion road already causes difficulties when entering and exiting the Heol Derwen estate due to the high volume of traffic and poor visibility with various humps and bends in lire road plus the addition of drivers not adhering to the speed limit.
2. Access from the new road, running alongside the estate, would in itself cause problems as this is where the road bends so to have a junction here would no doubt have a mayor effect on safety, several accidents have already taken place on this road since its opening and use of it as a 'racetrack' has frequently reported to the council.
