1. Without doubt, this site should be included in the preferred list in my opinion.
2. It is entirely suitable for support for the following reasons: it is not disconnected from the settlement of Felinwen/convenient bus links/proximity to a pub which is a local hub/proximity to 'High Noon' shop/place at the local school in Nantgaredig.
