Objection at/near Plas y Fforest I wish to register an objection for the following reasons:
All four submissions are in contravention of the guidelines contained in the "Planning Policy Wales " document which governs such applications.
With increased traffic associated with new housing there would be a detrimental impact on road safety.
The sewer system at Plas Y Fforest is operating at capacity and the pumping station could not cope.
