Carmarthenshire County Council land at Aelybryn, Spring Gardens SR/163/005
Adjacent self build residents are very concerned about proximity to their own new properties given that they were sold "countryside views" by CCC relatively recently. The visual amenity they enjoy lies to the South therefore light may also be impacted. They relate it is good quality farmland and there are brownfield sites that could be utilised that are closer to the Town Centre. They relate there are a number of sites that would be better and IF it is to be Council owned land in the new LDP then the Council farmland to the immediate South of Bryngwenllian playground at Ty Newydd Farm is closer to the Town Centre, bus stops, sewerage pipeline and of course the playground.
