Representation Summary:
As a resident of Teglan Park, I have known this site for the past 42 years. It was always been a field where no use can be made of it. The reason high voltage wires & pylons cross it and as such the Council will not permit a play area to be built on this waste land.
I would like the County Council and the Welsh Government Inspector to re-consider the use of this waste land. I would request that the land be included within the current Local Development Plan for residential purposes.
