Representation Summary:
Concern regarding increase in volume of traffic using A484, and knock-on effects.
Especially worried about increase in traffic using Mountain Road to avoid congestion problems on A484. Further traffic problems would ensue should the exit from this development become a 'rat run' through Mumbles Head Park into Mountain Road. This junction is already extremely dangerous.
Mountain Road is in no way capable of carrying more traffic. The increase already over the past few years has resulted in this road becoming alarmingly perilous, with the occurrence of accidents and many 'near misses'.
