Representation Summary:
Llandybie Community Council wishes to object to the inclusion of this site as part of the LDP.
Members are concerned at the increased volume of traffic likely, and that access would be via an unadopted site. Excess speeding is already a major concern in the area and local residents already fear for their safety. Link roads to the Cross Hands Industrial Estate have created huge traffic problems in the area.
