Representation Summary:
This will create an increase in traffic on the A484 which is the 2nd busiest road in the county. There are lengthy delays daily due to the development on Sandy Road since the construction of hundreds of houses in the area.
There are already drainage problems which have been a long standing problem.
Di-spite a new school being build in the village it will not be adequate to offer places for such an increase in population.
With one surgery in Burry Port which is already under pressure. Therefore many Pembrey residents have to travel to Kidwelly for a doctor's appointment.
