SR/049/13 & SR/049/17 & SR/049/006 - these are on green belt and would alter the character of village and there would be a loss of prime farming land.
Also, it would reduce the gap between Drefach and Cefneithin and it could potentially merge at a later date. There is also a parcel of land (not numbered) on bend opposite Primary School in a very dangerous spot for access.
