Would certainly be an over development of the area.
A negative encroachment upon the main tourist attraction in Gorslas -Llyn Llech Owain.
Church road is already extremely congested.
Many cars park directly on church road providing only single lane traffic.
The resultant increase of traffic will furthermore reduce road safety in the area.
Development would be a higher gradient than the existing properties leading to water runoff nuisance.
Would mean further noise and disruption to Church road and Ffordd Werdd residents.
Will result in the overlooking and overshadowing of existing properties and have a direct impact on privacy and sunlight.
