The respondent objects to development at the above site on the following grounds;-
1. Access to the new development being granted through the Maes Derwen estate. We already have issues regarding the entrance of the site and low visibility;
2. Potential effects on protected habitats and species;
3. Effects of noise and smells from the nearby retail estate would potentially worsen if this development were to go ahead.
