Representation Summary:
Access onto the estate is very restricted with a very narrow entry and narrow roads leading up to it. It is already congested with cars parked on both sides of the road at the bottom of Station Road. This development, together with the new development on the Genwen i.e. 240 houses, will increase the traffic even further on a narrow and dangerous road causing more accidents.
