Respondent: Phillip Davies

Representation Summary:

The respondent states that this land is habitat for a wide variety of wildlife: - bats; foxes; wild rabbits; small rodents; slow worms; and numerous wild birds, including red kite, woodpeckers, magpies and many passerine species; it is habitat that would be lost if development proceeds. The respondent adds that it is not clear how this site could be accessed, as it is isolated from any roads. Also, it is stated that along the western boundary there is a footpath which is a restricted byway according to the Ordnance Survey map and this, therefore, should not be removed from access to the public.
