The respondent objects to the change of use from Agricultural / Open Space to Residential on the grounds that the Council knows that the necessary infrastructure (doctors, schools, roads, sewage, etc) will not be in place as they are not even in place now to satisfy existing demand. The respondent states "I AM APPALLED THAT THE COUNCIL IS EVEN PROPOSING SUCH CHANGE OF USE WITH THE LAND IN THEIR, OR SHOULD I SAY, THE PUBLIC's OWNERSHIP"
