1. Effect on traffic. We find it difficult and very dangerous getting out of our drive onto the main road due to the sheer volume of traffic.
2. Effect on nature. We have a number of Red Kites in the field behind us.
3. Effect on schools. Bryn and Llangennech schools are overcrowded
4. Privacy - Overlooking and loss of privacy
