Representation Summary:
We object to the inclusion of a number of sites in Pembrey in the Local Development Plan - SR/016/003, SR/016/015, SR/016/017, SR/016/006, SR/016/018.
The A484 is already extremely busy with traffic going to the Country Park, Pembrey Motor Sports and Ffos las. Pembrey would experience even longer tailbacks, similar to those near Sandy Park Roundabout.
Surface water and sewerage is a concern. Danlan Park has recently had major repair works to the sewerage system. More properties in Pembrey would increase the strain on an already overload system. Concern has been expressed about the working capacity of the Lloetrach Pump House.
