I object to the proposal for the site SR/016/018 to be put forward for a change of use from agricultural land into residential land.

1-Coalescence
2-Illogical extension to the existing settlement
3-Conflict with current land use and plans
3-Detrimental to local character
4-Loss of open space.
5-There is a Scheduled Ancient Monument.

Also,
Loss of Privacy to residents of Mumbles Head and St Illtyds rise.
The fields are often waterlogged.
Mumbles Head Park road access is already inadequate.
The A484 can not cope with more traffic.
Sewerage and Drainage system of Mumbles Head Park cannot be added to.
Unnecessary houses.
