Representation Summary:
There is concern locally with regards to the development of SR/ 026/ 006 at the bottom of Heol Rhosybonwen. Residents feel that this would be an inappropriate extension of the village boundary, and an unnecessary loss of green space which is used by walkers via the public right of way. It is further noted that any access to this site would have to be from Heol Blaenhirwaun. The most recent planning permission for housing developed at Rhos y Bryn stipulates that no further traffic flow should utilize the Heol Rhosybonwen access.
