Representation Summary:
Concerns have been expressed with regards to the candidate sites along Church Road, Gorslas (SR/ 067/ 002; SR/067/ 012 & SR/067/ 015) - particularly in regard to the increase in traffic that these developments would generate. The development of the new village primary school, which will have access from Church Road is expected to generate additional traffic flow along Church Road, and residents are concerned that further housing development will result in difficulties in exiting Church Road, particularly at peak times.
