Many houses unsold on heol y Maerdy remain unsold for a considerable time - there is no demand for housing. A development of further housing nobody would want might cause a drastic fall in house prices in area
There is no Ind developments in area and thus no call for additional housing and workers- who would buy these houses and live in them?
Local schools are at virtual capacity
Small access road, unsuitable for heavy traffic. Noise pollution and air pollution an issue
My house and other already suffer from water from surrounding fields
Development outside 'the development limit'
