This site will overlook my property and spoil the rural feel of the area and my view of the surrounding area. I chose the location as it was on the edge village edge. I would no longer be so. The road outside my property already struggles with the traffic flow, due to the narrowness of the road (with numerous accidents on this stretch of road). The infrastructure can not support a new development of this size. There is already a problem with drainage to Carmarthen Road when it rains and this could mean water from this site entering my garden.
