Representation Summary:
Small developments of this type are ideal for the village. The numbers of houses are small, and served by an existing access road. I can see no negatives here. On the positive side there is even the opportunity to make the houses 'passive' and more attractive with low energy costs.
Pembrey village cannot be required to support large developments that destroy village life and cut the village in half with a dangerous over used main road, it is bad enough already.
