This candidate site lies outside the 30mph sign and will effectively be ribboning of Fforest towards Pont Abraham.
Access at the A48 / M4 interchange is already overcapacity and dangerous.
Access at Hendy M4 junction is over capacity and inadequate.
This is not near any facilities and prohibitive for pedestrians to walk to Hendy or Pontarddulais.
Ecology, this area has several mature trees and hedgerows with diverse native habitat which will be a further squeeze on habitat in rural location.
