This piggy backs onto an existing development and is in keeping with the size of development and the village. The only concern would be that the proposed road that links the development to the main road is poor for the proposed increase in traffic. Whether that road could be widened is problematic. One main advantage is that the exit onto the main road is adequate for that amount of increased traffic, and would not entail a roundabout or extra traffic lights such as bedevils the old Stradey / Sandy park site.
