Development cannot accommodate additional Traffic. noise,difficulty in exiting estate. Cars continuously speed on Blacklion Rd and more volume will follow once second half of link rd is completed.
Estate road not adopted and further issues if development was to proceed.
Red kite feeding on site and development would have a detrimental effect on the feeding activity of the birds.
it would represent an outward extension of built development beyond the planned limits of Carmarthenshire LDP open countryside resulting in visual intrusion into the countryside and coalescence of settlements to the detriment of the appearance of the character of the area!
