I wish to protect this greenfield site for future generations in view of its designation as a Special Landscape Area. Further, any development on this land would contravene EQ6, TAN15, SP12, SP13, SP15, SP17 and PPW paragraph 9.1.2. Any developments would not be inline wit the provisions and spirit of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
