Representation Summary:
I object to the plans of building 300 houses on the following grounds:
Impact to the already struggling local primary school.
The increased volume of traffic on Babell Hill. Already a health and safety issue with speeding cars. Especially around bank holidays/ term time. The area is gridlocked.
Impact to the countryside of Llangunnor.
Impact to water works/internet/electrical services
The impact to the environment- if each household has 2 cars that's 600 extra cars on one small road every day. This is of great concern as there are no safe crossings for pedestrians.
