Mountain Road traffic has already increased of late.Dangerous corners, no pavements and closed briefly last year due to accidents from snow and ice.
Bat nurseries in several surrounding properties. This protected species would have its habitat disturbed. Also badgers and foxes frequent the area.
Inadequate amenites, insufficient schools,doctors etc to cope with increased population.
Will spoil the Green Belt and attractive aspect of our village
Mine shafts in area.
Increase in noise level. We already suffer significant disturbance from being on the flight path of Pembrey airport and military range with exercises regularly disturbing shift workers sleeping etc
