This is a red kite nesting and feeding ground
Insufficient/Inadequate Infrastructure
Lack of Healthcare i.e. places in Doctors Surgeries
Insufficient/Inadequate School Places (current residents finding it impossible to find nursery/school spaces)
Inadequate drainage/sewerage issues
Road network unable to copy with extra traffic (Llangennech already incredibly congested at all times of the day)
Disastrous consequences to wildlife which has already been dispossessed of multiple sites of habitat with recent large new builds on farmland.
Despite a creaking infrastructure we already have numerous builds going on. Our infrastructure will not survive further new builds.
