The road network will not be able to cope with the extra volume of traffic the road is to small and already there are to many cars on the street making it a nightmare.
The healthcare centre is already difficult enough to get an appointment with many times unable to get one due to the amount of residents already in the area.
Due to been on a amber flood plane adding new houses will increase the risk of flooding. Disastrous consequences to wildlife in the area and inadequate info stucture lack of school places in the area
