Representation Summary:
Mountain Road traffic has already increased of late. Dangerous corners,no pavements and was closed briefly last year due to accidents re ice and snow. Traffic approaching from higher up will exacerbate problem.
Bat nurseries in several properties on Mumbles Head Park. Development will affect the natural habitat of this protected species.
Lack of local facilities, necessitating a drive to Burry Port, hence increasing traffic.
Out of character with aspect of countryside,restoration of Court Farm which in time will further increase traffic.
Increase in noise level when site already endures substantial air activity due to the bombing range proximity.
