We have deep concerns and object to the above.Firstly there is inadequate infrastructure to take increased volume of traffic. There's a major gas pipe running through the land proposed for development (which is currently outside the development limits) and we don't want the development limits extended. Also the housing allocation of 5+units with an accompanying report which states that the site has the capacity to accommodate 80 houses! will have a huge impact on the privacy of all present residents on Maerdy Hill. We urge you to consider our concerns.
